Apple has scheduled the iPad 2 launch on March 2 as reported earlier. We're geared up and anxiously wait for the unveiling of new iPad 2 in few hours from now. Amidst that excitement, YourDailyApple spotted a premature listing of Apple iPad 2 at the Amazon Germany website. The link was immediately removed in few minutes but we got some juicy details of the iPad 2.
Firstly, Apple will sell iPad 2 at the same price as the first generation iPad - $499 (Rs. 22,500 approx.) for 16GB model -the same price at which first generation iPad was launched. Second, Apple will ensure that iPad 2 is available to more countries as soon as possible to keep up with the growing competition from Android 3.0 Honeycomb based tablets.
