HTC Flyer has a front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video conversations plus a 5-megapixel camera for taking photos. As the device is quite small, it has a pencil included as well.
The device can be used as decent gaming device. It connects to the cloud of OnLive, that offers a streaming games service that is already seen on the iPad. The idea behind OnLive console is to play games no matter, what specs the device has, because all the graphic rendering is done on the remote OnLive servers. HTC Flyer comes with a stylus and is equipped with a new technology Scribe to recognize handwriting. HTC has recently invested $ 40 million in console online gaming, OnLive (which already has a Web app for iPad), as well as having acquired for 48.5 million dollars Saffron Digital, a platform to distribute digital content.
