Fujitsu has launched updated models in its Celsius workstation range. Celsius R570-2 features two variants; one with two graphics cards equipped with 2GB VRAM each and another variant with a single 1GB graphics card. Both versions ship with a choice of Nvidia's Quadro or the ATI FirePro range of graphics cards. The higher-end model R570-2 sports an Intel Xeon processor X5660 (2.8GHz, 12MB Turbo Boost), while the lower-end one features Intel Xeon E5630 (2.53GHz, 12MB Turbo Boost). The entire Celsius R570 range ships with Windows 7 Professional OS.
Aimed at productivity applications, Fujitsu promises workstation level performance combined with a quiet operation. CELSIUS R570-2 (with 2 graphics card of 2GB each) retails at Rs. 2,75,000, while CELSIUS R570-2 (with 1GB graphics card) is available for Rs 1,80,000. Both are covered under three year onsite warranty for hassle free troubleshooting.
